Kharkiv Holocaust Museum – the first and only until recent days museum of history of Jewish people genocide in Ukraine. Private museum was established at the initiative of Larisa Volovik based on the materials and documents collected by the Kharkiv Regional Committee “Drobitsky Yar” and her personal archive. The museum collection is constantly updated with materials from other personal archives. Former prisoners of the ghetto, as well as their saviors – residents of Kharkiv and other regions of Ukraine and abroad are sending personal items, photographs and documents, preserving the memory of crime against humanity happened during the war.

The museum is open to visitors from December 1996.
